NFS Underground Just Stop Working

I am 104/111 in the game and now the game crashes to the desktop without any errors or anything when I try to enter race 105 (a Drift race). I think it might have something to do with the fact I'm using a no-CD crack. I can enter any race from quick-race mode just fine.I have downloaded some more different files from this site but none of them works either.

Please help if you know how to fix it that.

looks like a file is missing. maybe a music track or another sound.
reinstall the game.

I reinstall the game but It still doesn't work.Now it freezes in loading screent when I try to close the game,it says the problem has occoures in speed.exe
I have downloaded different versions of that fixed exe file but nothing has changed.

have you tried to get past with the original CD in and speed.exe having "untouched" ?

Thanks it worked with the original cd and original speed.exe file but It still doesn't work with the copy one.
