Problem with ps2reality media player.

Ok, i downloaded and burned ps2reality media player v1.50 and burned it in mode 2 with nero. Booted it up and it plays fine with the cd in, and i can even install it to the memory card from the cd. But when i boot in devulution mode, i have a dms3 v2.0, it doesnt show up as a program under the dms explorer? I also tried booting straight into dev mode and installing it from there, but i get the install failed message.

Can anybody shed some light and help me out a bit? Thanks.
