Smart chip v9 ?

yeah im want to make sure these chips boot games like splinter cell true crimes and freedom fighters b4 i buy it any body know ?

Sent my v9 unit off today to NETMECH hes installing a smart chip and also testing true crime to make sure it boots. And if it dose'nt hes going to put a magic V in. This guy seems like a good installer and only charged 75$ for the chip install and return shiping.
