How fast should I burn for CD base backups?

I think Marvel vs Capcom 2 is a CD-base game and if I make a backup of the game, how fast should I burn the game so that the PS2 will read it? Will burning it at 40x still make the CD compatible with the PS2? Thx

Actually thats sorta old news. Burners nowadays are fully capable to burn cdrs at higher speeds than they are to burn them at slower speeds.

So if you got a 52x burner go for it. Like me.
