Help with Primo DVD and MSI DR4-A drive

I recently installed a MSI DR4-A DVD +/- 4x writer and Primo DVD will not recognise it as a recordable device.
Its the only drive installed and as master.
Anybody got any suggestions?

Primo is very outdated. It might not work but try installing the latest px engine here . If that doesn't work you will need to get a diff prog like RecordNow Max.
