Dreamcast LBA 11700 not Booting??

Well, i recorded a dreamcast iso (NRG format SelfBoot) of Cannon Spike Game, but when i try it just stays seeking and does nothing... I've checked the CD and it's well burned, Data session is on LBA 11700 and when inserted on a CD drive i can see the game files...

the question is... are some dreamcast not capable of booting lba 11700 games??? if so can i apply a ppf patch to change it to 11702???

Also i wanna know if its possible to boot a SB game not working like this using a bootdisc (bootloader, utopia or DChacker)
