Copying this type of disc not supported?

While trying to create a global image using RecordNow DX 4.6 I get this error (Backing up Tony Hawk Underground)

Is there a setting I have to change?? Or do I have to try Alcohol 120 or DVD Decrypter ??

i had a few games like wwe smack down and mk5 that RNM wont read i get a error so i use nero and it copys them just fine just use ur other progs that should copy it for u if not use nero.
