Dvdxcopy.......

Hi I bought DVDXCOPY Platinum and have run out of activation's due to computer hardware problems. Does anyone here know who to E-mail to get my activation reset? I looked in the 321 studios forum and they said to E-mail the Q/A and I have but its now been 1 week and no reactivation. I understand why they have the activation code. But it still bites bigtime that I have paid 300Australian and have backed up 2 DVD's and now can't use it. Thank you for anyones help. Without it I might be left with a nice Dvdxcopy box to store things in.
