SWAT Global Strike Team probs

Anyone have any luck backing up this game?
I get the title screen and then it dumps out to the EVO before I get the main menu (where you push Start to start the game).
THere were several XBEs, I patched default of course. So I though I'd try patching all of them. Still no go. Well actually I think that time I got to the main menu that time but got a dirt disc message when I pushed Start (I question the validity of the dirty disc error). Mind you that was at like 3:00 AM, so the details may be fuzzy.

Anyone have any luck out there?

if its x2
update to the 4977 and ull be good
which bios u running?

However I backed it up with no problem what bios are you using? try updating the bios avoids the need to patch games. in fact I have never patched a game yet!!

I patch all my games. I make an ISO of them then thoroughly patch the entire ISO.
