? about a cd reader

hi could some one tell me who fast this reader is i bought it off ebay for 9$ it works great and all i just dont know if its 20x or a 48x usely it just list one speed on cd-roms

so im takeing it the 20x is the min it will do and 48x is the max i never seen it said that way b4 lol
