nero won't finalize disc....help pls
I've been using nero to backup my ps2 dvd games and most have worked but when I tried to copy Haven it wouldn't finalize the disc. The game still loads up but only gets so far then messes up.
Any ideas as this has happened before with dvd movies as well???? Cheers in advance Madladuk Pioneer 106 Media- Datawrite Nero Startsmart Windows 2000 professional service pack 4

Depends on your PS2 ver. mod chip, media.... list what you are using then people can help you more
 Try using recordnowmax I have never had a problem with it for ps2 games

I'm using a ps2 version 4 I think (8 screw on bottom model no. scph-30003) with a neo key 2.2 modchip and action replay 2.
I have got recordnow max but does it work ok using the wizard as i'm not sure about options etc to use! Cheers Madlad

The game did load but then started pausing and jumping the screen. It was on 'finalizing disc' and said 100% done when i was copying it. It seemed to get stuck then eventually came up with error. The neo I have is about 2 years old.

If you have RecordNow Max use it! It is superior to Nero. Follow the guide in the backup procedures sticky.
