over heating dvd disks
im encountering more and more dvd backup films causing overheating to themselves or something along those lines with them freezing or becoming jumpy,after several minutes cooling down machine and dvd backup they continue to play.im using disc write discs 4x write and putting the disc covers on them(sticky disc covers),n e 1 n e ideas ??????????????????

Don't put labels on them and your problem should be fixed. Applying a label can make the disc too thick.

I dont get that problem on my dvd player (Sony DAV-400) but I do in my car cd player with or without covers.
Shame about cdcovers site not posting audio covers anymore ![]() RIAA won that one I guess....
