Ghostmaster NoCD fix

How do you get the NoCD fix vers.1.0 by deviance to work with the U.S. Ghostmaster vers 1.0? I've tried a bunch of times without success.
I also see there is a NoCD fix on gamecopy world for the game version 1.0.20.0 but the games homepage doesn't even have the update or provides any kind of information that one even exists.
Whats up with this?

I have 8 coasters now and still can't get this to do a working
copy.
I'm using alcohol 120.It's set for safedisc 2,bypass efm is unchecked and Im using a sony crx 210E1.
Also , I've tried both of deviances no cd cracks but they don't
work.Are they for the U.K. version only?

Any Ideas?
