updating dungeon siege

I just spent the last 24 hours trying to update Dungeon siege. I had done it before and it worked. I have gone to both Zone Match and the Dungeon Siege web Site and each time it failed. So I took off the game and it finall worked. Does anyone know how I can save the update on a floppy so not to keep having the problem?
