NTSC or PAL

Right so I have a pal system (UK) and Pal TV which handles NTSC and pretty much whatever you throw at it and I was wondering if there's any way that I can tell what signal a discis using so I can label them. Point is I take the dreamcast away with me and the tv I use there doesn't use scart therefore doesn't accept NTSC so I need to know which I can take to use there, is there anyway of telling either as the game is running or would I have to examine the disc in some way to tell what it's going to run at.

Cheers in advance!

There is no problem to find it out. The games, which are japanese or us games use ntsc signal. The europeen countries are the only countries, whom use pal.
