How do I turn tokyo extreme 2 back into a iso

hi I did all the stuff untill number 3 on patch i got from this site but the mkisofs dosnt work every time I click it some words go by fast and then it closes.

start a dos prompt box and navigate to the folder with mkisofs in then type that line making sure you make no mistakes and it will work
