Question Converting WMA to MP3

I ripped this CD to WMA at 80 KBps bitrate and now I want to convert it to MP3, instead of having to re-rip. What's the eqivalent biterate in MP3 format? Should it go in CBR or VBR?

Thanks.

Thanks, but I'm okay with software. I just want to know the equivalent MP3 bitrate if WMA is 80 KBps.
