Super Producers "RGB Fix"?

Is there a RGB patch for Super Producers (Infinity Rip - inf-spro).

The game is WinCE and is Japanese.

I'm running a NTSC/U Dreamcast with RGB Scart Cable and all I get is a black screen as usual with RGB Protected games and sound.

It works with a composite cable.

There's no patch yet (as for any other WinCE games).
