Freezing Title Screen on Last Blade 2 (J) on NTSC DC

I just burned Echelon's release of Last Blade 2 for my Dreamcast. The intro works perfectly except when I press start to go to the title screen options the game freezes. Was there a fix for this? Or is it just my burn?

Please help!
