PS2 backup boot problems
Alright I'm new at this but I Copied Gta VC to an imation DVD-R that I baught, it burned succesfully and my computer reads it the same as if it were the original cd so I know it worked. I have a neo key installed, and I did the swap trick with game shark 2 but it won't boot. I followed all the procedures, turning on the modchip once it tells me to insert game, then swapping for the copy. It reads the disk, I hit x... but nothing happens. I've tried researching and found that it might be the fact that I'm using dvd-r instead of rw, or maybe I need to somehow swap an original game that has higher capacity. I know the neo key is the worst... but its what I have and I've been told that it should work if I swap correctly so whats up? any and all help is appreciated. thanks

No swap method will fix your problem. The Neo Key does NOT play dvd backups. Time for a new mod.
