invalid EEprom

I just got a 2nd Xbox delivered today from Flea bay, ( one of those online stores )

First thing i noticed, the stickers are damaged, and screws are showing.

2nd thing is a nice 80gb 7200rpm drive installed with a lable marked as " program 4034 " ( I`m assuming factory installed drive ?? )

After setting up the mod chip, i tried to save the eeprom and i get a " eeprom encrypted region invalid " warning.. under slayers auto installer .

Any ideas on the last one ??

I rebooted a few times, and the problem went away ..

BTU ...

i double checked the HD, its a 5400, not 7200, however, still a nice find !!
