xbmp problems

Has any experienced any problems with Xbox Media Player? When I play certain DivX files there seems to be a lag between the video and audio feeds. The sound is delayed about 3 seconds. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Is it like that when you play it on your PC, or just xbox? Sometimes when a dvd movie is ripped to divx, sync problems might pop up. They ussually appear at the beginning, but sometimes in the middle of the movie. I haven't found a program that fixes this problem, the best thing i've seen fixes it temperarely, as the movie plays. There are things you can do, like write down the exact time of delay, then split the movie to audio and video, edit the audio delay, and remerge them. But that sucks alot.
