need help

Got my mod chip today its an x2lite+ with pogo pins built in and Im going to go crazy if I dont get it lined up soon("do" point) Ive tried to line it up about 25 times now with no luck. I cant solder so thats out oif the question and I cant even try because i dont have a solder gun. Is the any tips anyone can give me? This thing is driving me to a point where Im about to break! it really doesnt even seem like it lines up real good. Is there anything I can put on the do point to make it bigger like a ball of wire or something I know it sounds crazy but Im about to run out of patience!

its a version 1.0 sorry for not adding that Ive looked at the diagrams but this chip doesnt seem to actually line up correct. Its like when I try to line up the "do" point the chip needs to be back a little then it pushes the screw back so then when I tighten the screw down i pushes the pin on "do" piont forward off the "do". hopefully you can understand what Im trying to say. Thanks in advance for replies
