Game Gizmo Shuts down!
-- Posted by wraggster at 9:33 AM Game Gizmo a company very much like Lik Sang who sell everything from Modchips for the Xbox and PS2 to Flash carts for the Game Boy Advance have shockingly announced that they are to cease trading immediately. The following was an email direct from them. We regret to inform you that GameGizmo.com has officially closed shop forever. We have decided to cease all operations. Due to recent events and other dynamics we decided to permanently cease all operations. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. To those customers worried about orders placed i was sent this information. You are receiving this email because you recently placed an order with GameGizmo.com. This email is to inform you that your order has already shipped or it will ship this week no later than Monday April 28th. GameGizmo.com has closed it's doors as of April 24th and we are filling all orders received through April 24th. If you placed your order on or before April 24th your order will ship no later than April 28th and you will receive a tracking number via email no later than Monday April 28th. So good news for those who ordered late. Is the reason they are shutting down because of some legal involvement from the likes of Microsoft, Sony or Nintendo or is is something else entirely. We shall find out soon enough, one question comes into play though, if it is one of the aforementioned companies involved, are they targeting all Modchip sellers and resellers?

I remember buying many PS1 chips for friends from them. Some times they were a little slow on shipping but they got the job done.
