burning a compatible MAC cd

hello folks!

I got some 50 photos (pict format) to burn in a cd, that will be read in a Mac G4 (don't know what OS)
Currently I own only PC platforms and I was wondering if there's anything to be considered before burning that cd.
I never used a Mac so I don't know how Macs handle filenames or what burning standards should I follow to make sure I'll not sent a non-readeable cd to my boss.
Any specific burning software to use?

All relevant infos will be greatly appreciated

Thx

hey man,
u're in luck, I have the answer to your question! (which you probably found by now)

pictures burned on a PC are Mac compatible. As long as the pc-burned CDs are not burned images of pc aplications, but are as separate files on the disk, they can be read by Mac

One tip for the future.... get a load of CD-RWs, they're cheap, and try solving your problems by trial and.... hows it go?
