no solder mod chip problems help!!!!!!

i bought the v5/6/7 no solder chip for my ps2 which is a version 7 model well i did the burning in a traxa dvdeverything went well it burned exactly, now i do everything the instructions say to do in this forum but wheni get to the part that says to hold the eject button until it turns orange it doesnt it just ejects spining crazy, the button is still green and the disk goes right back in after i swap it,could someone tell me whats wrong ,thank you

Gameshark 2 and Action Replay 2 do NOT work with v7 machines. You need to buy swap magic 2.0 discs
