reading error

im trying to backup Lord of The Ring the 2 towers,, but im getting an operation complete with errors and this msg -->> "Px Engine error (Command:28 Sense:03 ASC:11 ASCQ:05) Reading from the disk" ,,, then no image to burn... any ideas guys.... tnx

The disc is probably scratched. Clean it really well. If need be use some automotive buffing compound and a soft cloth to buff out small scratches. This usually does the trick.

Yes, reading errors usually are due to "bad" disc. If cleaning don't help, try another disc.
