DVD to VCD without dvd burner or player?
Is it even possible to copy a DVD to a VCD if all i have is a cd writer on my computer? I'd like to be able to make several copies of my wedding DVD to VCD but i don't have a DVD player or burner on my computer. Any freeware out there for that?

Without a burner, yes you can but without a dvd-rom, no.
