multitap

I purchased a multi tap for my ps2 and it doesnt seem to work with the backups of multi games i have?

Does anyone Know why this is?

If u live in uk buy it online
The multitap is much cheaper in the us
I think the games and cosole and all sort of things are cheap there
I only use sony products for ps2 and I advise u to do it
