Wierd ps2 problem

Hey guys something wierd happened to my ps2 while i was playing it. Well i was playing Xenosaga and all of a sudden the ps2 shut off on its own. I was worried for a while so i just turned everything off and gave my unit a break for like 5 mins. When i came back it booted right up. And i havent had this problem again. Im still concerend about the ps2 though. Anyone got any idea what might be the problem. I do have a WHOLE bunch of dust in my room because my rooms located near the laundry room and most of the dust come from there, because of the dryer. So i was thinking maybe i need to take my ps2 apart and clean it a lil or i may need another ps2 fans. If anyone else has an idea what might be the problem could u please let me know. Thanks.

Dust is terrible for the ps2. It would be best to take your ps2 appart and blow it out. Also make sure that the fan in the back of the ps2 is always spinning, as it should be. You might want to consider moving your ps2 elsewhere too.
