trainer for CM4?

Does anyone knows how does the trainer for CM4 works?
what does it do to the game?
i've downloaded the trainer and run it with the game concurrently,but it doesn't seems to work.

can someone pls enlighten me?

I have opened the files using notepad and it says

"Trainer Notes:

1 - Get loads of money (on)
2 - Get loads of money (off)

Note: to get the money buy or sell something (use only as long as it takes to get the money you need and then take the option off)"

What i don't understand is how does it work?
to me it doesn't seem to work.

any helpful souls can help me?
