I'm trying to make a copy of the ps-x change v2 cd that i got from a friend but i can's do it can somebody here help me out with this...or tell me about a software capable to do this (i have tried clone cd but it doesn't work)

You can burn it but it is useless. You will only be able to use the burned disc if your system is modded. So either buy a mod or buy your own disc.

It's whats known as a pressed track, when the disk is made the security or un-copiable track is pressed on the disk instead of written with a laser making it uncopable. It's the reason you need a mod-chip to play a copied playstation game and why you probably made some very good copies that will only work if your system is modded.
