Buring one image to multiple burners

Here's my set up

I have a 4 writers chained via scsi cables.
All the burners are the same model and have the same firmware version. What is the best software to write to 4 burners simultaneously from one cd image?

Also need to know if the software works on both windows 2000 professional and windows XP professional.

What about software for linux that does the same thing?
