DVD to VCD/SVCD Conversion

Does anybody know of a conversion program (like CopyDVD) that will copy a WIDESCREEN format DVD in it's original screen size? I've tried about all of them and NONE that I've found will do it. HELP!

TMPGNec works great
you can select different screen sizes
