Stunt GP...

hi

i have this image on my computer (stunt GP) in the 001, 002, etc format. Well, inside these files is the CDI file, but every time i try to burn it, my disk juggler(4.0) displays the following message.

"the cd you are using has a bad structure and might encounter errors. would you like disk juggler to try to fix the problem"?

i clicked on yes and burnt the cd anyway. when i put it in my dc, the dc logo appeared but right after that, the screen turnd white and it kinda froze before the sega logo appeared.(also, the dc was making some wierd noise, as if the cd was spinning way too fast).

does anyone know what i could possibly do to get it workin?

thanx in advance

Did you try to tell DJ not to fix the problems ?

To be sure to get a valid structure, you might extract all files with CDIRip + IsoFix, then use any method you know to burn a selfboot game...

Megalexxx...

i did try to burn it with tell dj to fix the error but i got the "illegal field" message that everybodyelse got.

i used cdirip+isofix and i got two three files...header, bootfile, and the fixed file.

i tried to burn the fixed file(iso) and nero wouldnt let me( unexpected start or somethin). tried with dj and when it gets to the dc logo it freezes.

my question is. Do i have to make a cdi with all them three files together and then burn it?

Thanx for your help

PS:ive wasted about 5 cdrs on this one

ahhh also...

how do you know the lba value...when i ripped it with cdirip i copied the value from the bottom of the screen but i dont know if that is the right number (270754).

isofix asked me for the value and i gave that one...

maybe thats whats wrong???

thank you megalexxx, and im sorry for bothering too much

PS: i really like this game

I remember this game had short (< 4 seconds) audio tracks, the first three dummy tracks anyway.

You'll have to cdirip / isofix, rip out all the audio, replace the first three tracks with a 4 second track, burn the audio, get the MSINFO, run binhack on the 1ST_READ.BIN again to the new LBA value, and re-selfboot it.

YEEESSSSS!!!!

its about time i get this danm thing to work.

i tried your procedures, Darkfalz and Megalexxx, but no luck there.

But how stupid can a cat be??? all i had to do is fix the cdi with the well known tool cdifix, and then burn it.

Sometimes the answer is right there and we just dont see it, or cant read it!!

Thanx folks, and again sorry for my stupidity!!!
