Civilization III, Can't Iso Burn, is it just me?

I'm trying to burn an iso of Civilization III. I've used CD CLone, Nero, Blind suit 1.1.0.3 and I keep getting multi bad sector reading with both my GCE-8160E drive and my TDK-8432.

Blind read 3.0.0.23 reads the files and copys them to my HD, but does not make an ISO.

I know it CIV has safedisc v2, no it but i've never been unable to burn an iso before?

Has any one been able to brun Civ iii, and if so how?
