ps2 went black screen

I just mod my ps2 with messiah2, i turn on the power from the back, the power botton goes red on stand by, then i press it, the green light goes on, the fan are running but there are nothin on the screen, it just a black screen!! i press the eject button, the tray will not eject ... whats did i do wrong?? I then check the chip and connection again, but it since nothin wrong, no bridging.. pls help me
any help will be appreciate
