DVD to VCD help needed

Hi,

I am using SONY GRX 700 notebook. The notebook cames with CRX 820E DVD/CRDW combo drive. I have trying to use DUP-DVD to copy DVD to VCD, but the application doesn't recognize my DVD/CDRW combo drive.

It there way to fix it? I have wrote an email to DUP-DVD and they response they are only support certain type of DVD and CDRW drive. SONY is well know company and I have no idea why DUP-DVD doesn't support SONY's DVD/CDRW combo drive...

Please guys, if you know how to fix it or suggest me a program that will work with SONY's notebook DVD/CDRW combo drive.
