SFD files are video files.
If you've got them like that, you're bound to have downloaded something you won't be able to burn, and that will never work anyway.
Are there any 1st_read.bin or winceos.bin ?

If you downloaded some files with *.001 *.002 etc extension, you will be able to open it with WinRar. Tell to windows that must open file *.001 with Winrar.
