Problems Botting Games on modded Jap PS2 "HELP"

I have a modded Jap PS2 15000 model not sure what chips inside.

The game that come with it work fine when you boot them with the Unitily 1.01 disk that come with it. But im having trubble booting my backup games. I'm doing the same method as i do with the games that come with it & it not working.

I have been reading that someing about Jap-Pal patches or something. Can anyone help me please
