help!wer wird millionär3ed. nocd do'nt works!

i have a question about the nocd patch "wer wird millionär 3edition". i get the patch into the game, but it make the same as the original and ask me for the cd. whats wrong?
if anywhere can help me or can send me the right patch for the game?!

CirKutz is rigth. It is a fixed exe and only works with a backup cd.
(Fairlight always left in the cd-checks in their releases).
their is no NoCD available.
