vcd problems

please help, when backing up my dvds or putting home made vcd 2 disk the sound is always coming out of cinque i use t rex to encode my divx and the sound comes about a second after moving lips like watching a dubbed film please help really annoying i can rip ok and get files tpgether its just putting them on disk or encoding thats the problem

Try virtual dub to get it resynced before you convert to mpeg.
