where mi drive go?

i installed dvdxcopy and my pioneer 105 and my cd rom diver dissapear from my computer.

what should i do?

What os you running and version of dvdxcopy? Have you tried shutting down and booting back up?

i'm using xp ,ver 1.2.1 and yes i tried that already but doesn't work

this is the message that appears "windows can not load device for this hardware. the driver may be corrupted or missing"code 39

I would recommend you uninstall 1.2.1 and install 1.4.1. Run uninstalll of 1.2.1 and then restart to see if your drives are recognized again. If so, install 1.4.1.
