Auto crack

1.) What you could try to do is replace the original files on the cd with the cracked ver of those files, then install.

2.) But if the install files are compressed in some way it might be harder. In that case you would have to go inside the compressed install file and replace the files that way, and that will only work if it isn't some weird compression format. This is assuming that the installer it's self doesn't have some kind of check.

3.) You could try some kind of installation script (.bat file?) that runs the original installer and then replaces the files on the HD with the crack files.

4.) What I do is I put all game updates, map packs, cracks, etc. on the cd and just run it manually after install to insure I have everything I need.

Hope this helps.

If you can't find the files you wish to replace on the cd and there are the following files: data1.cab, data1.hdr and data2.cab, The files are in those compressed files
You can't unzip the .cab files and then recompress them with the replaced files because when you come to install the game it will fail.

Using a Program called i6comp.exe from CD Media World you can get round this,
1) Copy data1.cab, data1.hdr and data2.cab into a directory
2) Put i6comp.exe into the same direrctory
3) Run ms-dos prompt (Command Prompt WinXP) and navigate to the directory with the aboce files in
4) Type "i6comp.exe r DATA2.CAB (file to be replaced without brackets)" and press return
5) This is telling it to run i6comp, replace in data2.cab the file to be replaced
6) Use the now modified data1.cab, data1.hdr and data2.cab instaea of the originals

nb for 2cd games with a data3.cab on the second cd, just copy the data3.cab into the same directory and put a modified copy of data1.cab and data1.hdr on both cds
