Action Replay Lite?

Hi... today i saw a PS2 magazine that included a cd called Action Replay Lite...

Do you know what this cd can do?

Can it format memory cards? Can it remove the "green-screen" protection on Region 1 DVDs? Can it make the PS2 region code free?

it probs is like a trial version of ar2.

but it will only have a few codes on it, and u wont be able to add any. or use the DVD features etc.
