what does the error message; setup was unable to find (or could not read)the language specific setup resource dll.

is there a way to correct this?

Maybe corrupted download? Try downloading again....

Yep, it's either a corrupt file or missing from your iso(?). Is it a download or a cd copy. If so do you still have the original?
