age of mythology xml parsing error

I installed age of mythology and have the no cd crack and all that good stuff but when i run the program the menu comes up with no words. I'm assuming it has something to do with the fonts file. Anyone know where to get a new one or how to fix it?

I actually have installed the msxmlenu.msi and it doesnt seem to have any effect on my problem. . . . .

Install the "xml" thing provided in the cd or the game folder.

I forgot the correct name for this...
