demoding

i have a question regarding demoding the PS2
for a magic3.1 mod PS2 do i just desolder the 3.3V and clock pin then it is demod??
cos i wan to check my set whether it is still alive as after moding it cannot work

check the bios chip(1 were mnopqturvw are connectected)
b20090 then its a v8 and mostlikey your problem

what gho19 or gho22 is the motherboard?
were was the ps2 bought,and what is the scph xxxxxxx

Can't say I've ever used 3.3v for magic3x Are you sure you are talking about Magic3.1? If you are, have you actually used a 3.3v point?

but u forot to tell him he needs 5v
take look my 37 pin install the black wire is 5v on a v7 ps2 which my guess is u have a v7

In his previous posts Dust he states that he is installing the Messiah2!

His comments here about the 3.3v & clock suggest to me that he doesn't have the Magic3.1 or if he does, he's using the Messiah2 diagrams
