Where did my dvd drive go
I have a Sony Dru500a burner installed and was using Nero fine. I installed DVDXCopy, and now my DVD or DVD burner do not appear in any program. They don't even appear in My Computer. In Device Manager, they have yellow ! next to each CD drive and they have the following message:
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged.(Code 19) I uninstalled both programs and they still do not appear in My computer. What should I do? |
