backup wont play

ok need help i made a backup dvd of fast and furious.

i used dvd2avi then vfapicon to convert it to a mpeg then i used tmpeg to re-encode it cause the movie was two big i then used spruce up and nero to burn (used dvd-rom udf in nero)and the movie worked great on my dvd player but when my sister took it into her room to watch on her dvd player it wouldnt work all her dvd player did was keep trying to load the dvd all the time?what have i done wrong

Well you might not have done anything wrong.... it could be that the DVD Player of your sisters doesn't take DVD-R Back Ups

There are 3 udf modes to burn in.
1.02,1.05 and 2.01
You need to burn in udf 1.02 for movies to work in all but the latest dvd players.
